Well maintained RV resort on the SE side of San Antonio. You can get to everything downtown up through the Quarry in about 20 minutes. A brand new QT is just down the street. While there are a lot of rules, the way the keep the park and handle everything is commendable. Concrete on all roads and spots are very level. Very nice trees and lake. Definitely our go to spot in S.A.

Beautiful lake behind our RV, where I can come out and sit in the morning to drink my coffee. Also, the pool and jacuzzi are beautiful and clean!
Bathrooms are always clean and smell fresh! I shower every night in them and love it!
There's a big area where there is a computer room, gym, pool table, free popcorn, water and ice and coffee. We love playing pool and using the gym equipment.
The staff is amazing! Very nice couple! They help with any questions or concerns.
This place is very peaceful! Everyone respects your space!

Outstanding wonderful staff that are very helpful and attentive. It is a very clean, modern, family oriented gated resort with great accommodations. We were upgraded to a lake view site after our initial site was blocked with overhanging trees. The staff even stayed after closing hours to make sure we are happy with the new site. My comments are overhanging trees or branches are blocking some RV sites which could damage RVs, also it appears park has multiple long term tenants in trailers and in view you can see clutter and debris has been accumulated and collected around and underneath trailers in some sites. Overall great resort and not too far from main attractions. Thank you.
I have a family member who stays here with their RV. The place is clean and well kept. Amenities are very good and enjoyable. The grounds enforce a very low speed limit of 5 MPH that promotes safety, but honestly, it feels a bit extreme.
Love this place! Great for getaways and monthly. Clean facilities and paved lots and clean wide roads. Great staff. Nice pool and Jacuzzi. Coffee runs out often, but just tell the office and a fresh pot is made quickly. Great place for kids and family. Not trashy like some of the other local rv parks in a ten mile radius.
We didn't rent a cabin, but I can promise you this staff is on top of things! The outdoor gazebo kitchen was immaculate! We used it and the very next morning someone was there, scrubbing it back to immaculate! The fishing pond is awesome and well stocked. The office staff was friendly and helpful, and the residents we spoke with were awesome and full of praise. We will be back!
It’s tucked in a residential area, gated community and top notch services. Pop corns on the rec room is so tasty. We spend lots of time in the rec room, pictures view of the lake, hot coffee and pop corns are free. The concrete pad is very flat, electric box is well lit. It’s about 15 min drive to river walk, 30 min drive to sea world. Perfect place to chill out at summer night. We will for sure come back.
My favorite RV park. Beautiful pond in center with catch-release fishing. Completely paved so it’s level and it’s a very clean well kept park. Met some really nice people here.
